Money Back Guarantee

 OLOeyeglasses.com provides 100% money back guarantee on your purchasing.   We accept returns for any reason, as long as you return all unused items purchased at OLOeyeglasses.com back to us within 7 days of receiving it.  We will not ask any question.  (Shipping cost is not refundable.)

One Year Lens Warranty

As a full-service optical lab with our Opto Tech surfacing system and in-house Nano AR coating facility, if there is any defect in your lenses within one year warranty period, you can return your eyeglasses and we will make new lenses for you at no charge.  (Shipping cost will be paid by customer.)

 90 Days Free Doctor Redo

Within 90 days of receiving your eyeglasses, if your prescription is changed by your eye doctor, you can return your eyeglasses and we will redo your lenses at no charge.  (Shipping cost will be paid by customer.)

 Our return process is very simple.

You need to contact us by phone or email prior to returning your order and get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from OLOeyeglasses.com

  • If the defect is caused by rough handling, you will pay 50% of original lens price.

  •  Prior to returning your product, you must contact us by phone or email to get a RMA number.

  • For safety purpose, return product MUST be in original packaging.  We are not responsible for any damages or lost packages.

  • Returns must be shipped with tracking number.

International Returns

 Due to our special prices, some manufacturers will not allow us to export their products internationally.  At this moment, we will not take international orders.
