1.   Do you take international orders?

Due to our special prices, some manufacturers will not allow us to export their products internationally.  At this moment, we will not take international orders.

2.  Do I need to pay taxes?

Duties and sales taxes are not required for prescription eyeglasses in the United Sates and Canada.

3.  What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

4.  Can I use my vision insurance to pay for my eyeglasses?

Yes.  We are an out-of-network provider for most vision insurance plans.  They will accept a copy of invoice for reimbursement.  Please check your insurance company first.  For detail information, please check APPLY VISION INSURANCE” section.  If you have any questions, please CONTACT US. We will help you apply your vision insurance.

5.  How do you ensure my personal information is fully secured?

We use a secure server with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to secure you personal information.  We do not save any of you private information on our server after your transaction has been completed.

6.  What if I forget my order number?

 We will email an order number to you within 24 hours of your purchase.  If you forget your order number, you can email us at service@oloeyeglasses.com with your full name, email address and shipping address.
